Job Description

 Retail Movie Theater Manager: Managerial / Nights & Weekends

Latino Movie Theater chain is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) hourly entry level manager.

Job Requirements

Requirements Qualities or Characteristics:

  • High level of integrity and honesty
  • Reports to Genera Manager
  • Strong cash management capabilities / bank deposit management
  • Computer literate – MS Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Available to work nights and weekends during busy hours of operation
  • Time management and delegation skills
  • Ability to create community partners for local promotions and campaigns
  • Ability to manage vendor accounts and relationships
  • Strict inventory management and control
  • Capable of managing staff of up to 30 with absolute respect and care for all employees
  • Capable of managing all daily and weekly reporting
  • Capable of executing local market ongoing Grassroots campaigns and initiatives.
  • Responsible for event planning, coordination, execution at all levels
  • Willing to do what it takes to get the job done
  • Set a high standard and lead by example / Being a leader at all times
