Office Assistant Duties and Responsibilities

  • Answer phone inquiries, direct calls, and provide basic company information
  • Respond promptly to online chat inquiries
  • Responding promptly to support/help email boxes
  • Maintain Job Search Boards Weekly
  • Perform clerical duties, take memos, maintain files, sort mail, and organize documents; photocopy, fax, etc. as needed
  • Help prepare reports, presentations, and data
  • Manage and maintain files, records, and correspondence for meetings
  • Type documents, drafts, and reports
  • Assist Warehouse team in managing inventory
  • Oversee mail deliveries, packages, and couriers
  • Purchase, track, and invoice office supplies for each department

Office Assistant Requirements and Qualifications

  • Prior experience handling office responsibilities, experience in customer service, or related field
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work well under limited supervision.
  • Highly organized multitasker who works well in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to learn and to grow with the company
