Title: Customer Service & Operations - Corr/Phone Associate
Location: Redding (up to 50 miles)
Duration: 4 months 
Shift: 8:00 – 4:30


Job Description:

·         Resolves incoming calls concerning member’s eligibility and provider information and benefits

·         Proactively analyze available programs, determine program eligibility, connect members to appropriate partners/vendors

·         Engage members with their wellness plan options

·         Read benefit scripting aloud to callers

Required Skills (top 3 to 5/ non-negotiables):

  • Basic knowledge of computer navigation and research through internet application and internal resources
  • Must have high speed internet bandwidth to take calls remotely
  • Must be dependable
  • Must be able to read scripting aloud
  • Have a quiet safe place and private space to handle calls



Education Requirement:

  • Minimum High School Diploma
