Administrative Assistant description:
We’re searching for an Administrative Assistant who will be responsible for a diverse range of administrative support needs. Must be able to work independently, with limited or no supervision at times. The Administrative Assistant’s daily responsibilities would include filing and handling mail, as well as other office-related tasks, like data-entry and typing. The ideal candidate is highly organized and customer-service minded. This role works internally with management, and other office staff, on a daily and weekly basis. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are a must.

Key activities including multiple phone line management, organizing training schedule, office supply ordering, and appointment confirmations.
Must have stable job tenure
Ability to use Microsoft Windows and all components of Microsoft Office
Expertise with the development and maintenance of documents, spreadsheets and databases
Minimum 3 years experience in an office environment
Demonstrated planning, organizing, prioritizing and time management skills
Demonstrated ability to communicate orally as well as written
Demonstrated interpersonal skills including ability to work as a team member and ability to foster collaborative relationships
Demonstrated accountability, initiative, and ability to work independently with little or no supervision
Demonstrated high regard for quality, attention to detail and accuracy
Demonstrated ability to combine information, problem solve and utilize good judgment in decision making
