Our international client is a leading source of market research for the Investment Banking industry. Their leading service helps companies of all sizes address complex and often strategic issues through providing data and information on Private Equity and Hedge Funds. Due to continued growth, they now have an immediate opening for an experienced and senior Business Development Manager.
  
As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will: 

  • Have the title of VP of Sales
  • Work in a new business capacity targeting new logo accounts
  • Prospect for opportunities, nationwide
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospect management through to close
  • Successfully transition wins onto an account management team
  • Leverage internal resources (Sales Associates) to prospect and generate qualified leads
  • Manage varied sales cycles with order values ranging from 50-300k

The ideal, degree educated candidate will:  

  • Possess 3-5+ years of relevant sales experience gained in investment banking, private equity or credit sectors
  • Be experienced in managing a full client lifecycle from inception to close
  • Have solid negotiation skills
  • Demonstrate a proven record of c-suite sales success
  • Be an inspirational new business hunter
  • Demonstrate outstanding communication and organization skills
  • Have an entrepreneurial flair, be highly organized, and show demonstrable business acumen
  • Understand large financial institutions

The successful candidate can expect:  

  • A negotiable base salary circa 110-125
  • An uncapped 220-250k OTE
