Driver Home Locations: TX, AR, OK & LA
Company Driver Pay: $.45 per Round Trip Miles.
Miles per Week Target: Average miles are 2,500 miles per week
Owner Operator Pay: Current = $1.15 ALL Miles (If Blackhawk provides the Plates)
Owners will complete with Management one year contract review and may be adjusted to as high as $1.06, at the time of their contract renewal.
FSC for ALL Dispatch/Round Trip Miles at $1.50 Peg, paid at $.01 per mile, per $.065 increments.
Owner Operator Sign On Bonus of $2,000, which is paid out $1K after 1st Dispatch and $1K after 90 days
Colab/Backhaul Pay = $25 per Pick Up and $25 per Delivery
$.015 per Mile Bonus Potential, based on $.005 per Qtr on the miles ran that Quarter, meeting the Safety Criteria, as well as a $.005 per mile at the end of the year, based on the previous year’s miles and Safety Performance. Then $.005 per Mile in Annual Longevity Pay / Bonus is also based on the previous year’s miles. A driver must be with us a full year the previous year.

Operational Summary:
Drivers will be out 5.5 days per week.
Running Continuous Moves Between TX, AR, OK & LA
We guarantee a 34 reset back at home weekly!
ALL MILES PAID-Empty and Loaded!
Even the ones back to your home because we let you take the truck home with you.
