What we are looking for:  A professional, dedicated, upbeat, and enthusiastic Office Manager and Executive Assistant to join our team. You will be the front-facing representative of our company- ensuring a seamless location experience, exceptional executive management, and all the duties in-between. The candidate must be comfortable acting as the point of contact between the manager and clients, screening and directing phone calls and distribute correspondence, and handling requests and queries appropriately. Responsibilities: Serve as the point person for office manager duties including: Maintenance, Mailing, Supplies, Equipment. Schedule meetings and appointments for all Sales & CEO. Organize the office layout and order stationery, supplies, and equipment. Organize office operations and procedures. Coordinate with IT support on all office equipment. Provide general support to visitors. Assist in the onboarding process for new hires. Serve as the liaison between customers, employees, and subcontractors. Address employees’ queries regarding office management issues. Plan in-house or off-site activities, such as parties, chamber of commerce events, etc. Coordinate with an off-site marketing company for any promotions. Produce reports, presentations and briefs. Balance Petty Cash Office duties as assigned to support CEO Other duties as assigned

Requirements:


2 years of Office Management experience preferred

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites

Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities at once.

Must be organized and detail oriented that adapts easily to a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication skills both verbal and written.

Certified QuickBooks Pro is a plus

Team player that can also be productive independently
