Assistant Administrator - Seattle area

Our organization is currently seeking qualified candidates for an Assistant Administrator position for a local retirement facility.  Candidates sought are those with experience in elder care, analytical decision making, sales and marketing, financial management, written and oral communication, employee relations, office operations, and familiarity with local, state, and national laws relating to assisted living.  Assistant Administrators work with our Administrators to manage daily business.  This is a training position and was created to prepare candidates to be future Assisted Living Administrators.  If you are looking for an opportunity to grow professionally in the senior housing industry, we want to speak with you!


Minimum qualifications:

Two years of management experience within the assisted living field.
College degree preferred.
