REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:
• Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and extensive production management experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• 10+ years management experience in an automotive tier I plastics manufacturing, assembly, and/or paint environment
• Previous JIT/JIS automotive assembly experience and exposure to IATF16949 quality standards and requirements
• Ability to manage priorities and demonstrate a high level of reactivity in critical situations

Job Title: Production Supervisor **WILL RELOCATE**
Department: Assembly or Injection Molding
Location: Greer, SC 29650
Status of Hire: full-time, direct hire
Compensation: $80-90k salaried plus overtime paid hourly for all hours in excess of 45 per week
SHIFTS AVAILABLE: 4 openings on 3rd shift, 2 openings on 2nd shift, 1 opening on 1st shift, 3 openings on B shift
MISSION: To ensure BMW expectations are met in terms of final (automotive parts) assembly, on time delivery, and product quality. Develop and optimize a team plastics/assembly operation, which will provide a consistently high quality product in an efficient manner.
MAIN ACTIVITIES:
• Supervise assembly teams through team leaders.
• Develop, Implement, and evaluate continuous improvement plans.
• Continually work to understand the customer’s requirements in terms of quality and delivery.
• Provide feedback to department manager about any quality or production concerns
• Develop all associates into cross-trained, high performing team members.
• Understand and provide timely information and reports to Plant Director as required.
