  • 110% Starting Commission - Up to 145% commission.

  • Life Insurance License

  • At least 19 years of age.

  • If you do NOT have a Life Insurance License and we feel you will be a good fit within our company. We will enroll you into our online Life Insurance License Course by state, paid and FREE for you. (Most new agents complete the course within a few days to a week, and we can get them making money within a week or two)

  • Candidates need to be comfortable with meeting clients on a face to face basis and over the phone. This requires superb communication skills

  • No felonies. (Must pass a background check with the resident state)

  • Entrepreneurial Mindset.

  • Candidates must have the ability and desire to work full-time or part time to start.

  • You must have reliable transportation.

  • Experience is not necessary; we will train the right candidates with the right work ethic.

Job Description:

As the public face of the agency, you will be meeting face to face with our clients  providing Premiums and Policies with our broad portfolio of products that includes Life insurance, Final Expense, Mortgage Protection, Indexed Universal Life (IUL), and Annuities. Job duties include: 


  • Quoting and preparing life insurance policies

  • Selling Life insurance policies to families.

  • Assisting with quotes on life insurance

  • Discussing and handling insurance needs of the family finding what fits in their budget.
