We are looking for tech savvy, energetic, and service minded individuals with experience in customer interactions. In this role, you will work independently in customers’ homes and outdoors to install XFINITY products and services or troubleshoot reported issues as quickly as possible. During these visits, you’ll build valuable relationships with our customers in our communities.
Experience as a technician is not required; we will train you for success!
Training Hours: Monday through Friday - 8:00AM-4:30PM
Hours After Training: 4, 10-HOUR SHIFTS from 7:00AM-6:00PM
Sunday through Wednesday
Wednesday through Saturday
Split- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, & Saturday
