100% Remote Role (Work from Home)
Position Details:
Client: Fortune 500 (Professional Services)
Role: Customer Service Representative
Project Location: REMOTE
Project Duration: 3+ Months (Possibility of Extension)
Shift: 9-6 pm PST or 10-7 pm PST. Weekend, OT, and Part Time are open points for discussion.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer service calls in order to resolve in the most satisfactory manner for all parties concerned.
- Calls are non-routine and require deviation from standard screens, scripts and procedures.
- May respond to faxes and emails. Must have the ability to communication effectively.
Required Skills:
- Requires basic knowledge of the organization, products and/or services.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- 1+ years of call center experience is required.
