Robertson Heating Supplies Territory Manager, inform and educate potential customers on our products and services and support our customers to achieve their business goals. You’ll be selling for the industry leader and you’ll be provided with the training, tools and resources needed to win new business. As a Territory Manager/Outside Salesman you’ll be responsible for prospecting, engaging, and closing new accounts in partnership with our industry experts. You’ll be in daily contact with customers working to build relationships and meet their needs.


What are we looking for?

Some HVAC and plumbing knowledge a must!


  • Passion for sales, and a drive to succeed
  • College degree preferred
  • Enthusiastic, persistent, and confident approach
  • Ability to build strong customer relationships
  • A desire to be successful
  • A hunter mentality with desire to sell
  • Self-starter that can work independently and deliver results
  • Analytical and good decision making skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize projects
  • Strong ability to persuade, motivate, and influence others
  • Must be able to provide own transportation

What will you be doing?

Will be responsible for completing hands on training

  • Establish and maintain customer relationships
  • Prospect new business through door to door sales and cold calling
  • Identify market trends and provide updates to leadership
  • Prepare and provide customer quotes in a timely manner
  • Manage accounts and attend to customer inquiries, requests and concerns quickly
  • Negotiate with vendors to obtain pricing for the customer
