Style Crest, Inc. specializes in manufacturing and distribution of building products designed for residential site built and manufactured homes. We have an excellent career opportunity available for a motivated sales person who lives in the Columbus Ohio Area. A Territory Sales Manager role sells multiple product lines to a variety of residential customers including lumberyards in our Michigan/Northern Indiana Region. In this role, you will identify and convert prospects to new customers as well as maintain and upgrade the existing account base. The primary responsibilities of a Territory Sales Manager include:

  • Calls on customers and prospects in person, on a regular basis, to generate sales growth and develop customer relationships.
  • Develops a strategic plan for growing the territory by customer and product category for the territory. Meets or exceeds these goals.
  • Educates prospects and customers on the value added features and benefits of our products and how we can help them grow their business.
  • Communicates timely the opportunities, successes and concerns within the territory. Makes recommendations to overcome any barriers.
  • Acts as the liaison between the customer and Style Crest. Follows up and responds timely to customer requests to ensure we provide excellent customer service. 
  • Attends trade shows and conventions to represent Style Crest and our products in a professional manner.

Qualified candidates should possess the following knowledge, experience and skills:

·         5 years of successful selling experience preferably within the building products industry.

·         A bachelor’s degree in a business related field or equivalent work experience.

·         Knowledge of the residential housing industry with prior building materials distribution                experience is preferred.

·         The ability to establish strong relationships with customers that result in sales growth

·         Be capable of strategically planning and executing on sales forecasts and business plan            goals.

·         Demonstrate strong reasoning, decision making, selling, presentation and communication          skills.

·         Be able to successfully handle multiple issues and priorities at the same time.

·         Be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

·         Experience using a CRM tool is preferred.

·         Be willing and able to travel 3 nights a week on a regular basis.
