  1. You would need your life insurance producer license which is something we can help with. At FFL we are able to get you the course for free to get you started. You would need to pass the course and pass the state exam to get your license.

  2. This is a commission based position. We start commissions really high at 110%. What that looks like is if you wrote a policy for $1,000 you would actually make $1,100.

  3. You would be fully independent on our team so you wouldn’t be bound to any contracts for a certain amount of months or even years.

  4. Another thing our company does is something called fully vested renewals, and that starts day one. Meaning, the moment you sell a policy it is your renewal commission for the next year and years after that. So after a year you start to see residual income. (Many companies require you to be employed 3-5 years before they give you that compensation. We do it day one)

  5. In the life insurance world how agents generate business and sit in front of clients is by purchasing leads. A lead in our company is defined as a client who contacts us for help. You only receive leads for people who are actively looking for life insurance and the products we sell. We don’t do any cold calling to generate sales. We have leads that are exclusive which means we don’t resell them over and over to 100 different agents.

  6. A typical work week would look like, (Again, you are independent so you can structure your schedule however you’d like) Monday you would dial the leads you purchase and set appointments for Tuesday and Wednesday. On Tuesday and Wednesday you would be out in the field running those appointments and sitting down with clients to see what they qualify for. Thursday would be another dial day, and Friday/Saturday out in the field.

  7. If you want to make $8,000-$10,000 a week you would need to run about 30 appointments a week.
