High end retail environment is in search of a customer focused, administrative support person to join their team in a full time capacity. This position is highly multifaceted, the duties are welcoming guests, answering phones, assisting sales team as needed, doing basic bookkeeping duties, invoicing, bank deposits, restocking supplies, filing, faxing and preforming data entry duties. This high end environment calls for a well-spoken, client focused individual that can jump in to assist in a moment’s notice.
This role is one that will keep the right candidate busy and running all day, and feeling a great accomplishment for assisting great clientele at the end of every evening.
This role is Monday – Friday, 9:00am-6:00pm
Some Saturdays required
