We’re looking for people who thrive on helping customers with a passion for service to join our growing call center. Representatives will be responsible for answering inbound calls and providing health insurance information to our clients. Founded in 1997, ACI is a nationally licensed, full service, Third Party Administrator providing enrollment, fulfillment and claims processing services for various insurance lines in the medical claims industry. This position is in our Wayne. PA office near the King of Prussia area.
Skills:
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Basic computer skills (MS Office Preferred)
· Medical or health insurance background a plus
· Call center experience preferred but not required
You’ll work scheduled shifts and handle 70-80 calls per day once you’re fully up to speed (@2-3 months). We offer a comprehensive training program to prepare you for providing exceptional customer service.
What’s In It For You
Starting Hourly Rate for 9-5 and 10-6 shifts - $15.00 per hour
Starting Hourly Rate for 9-5 and 10-6 shifts Bi-Lingual Spanish - $15.50 per hour
Starting Hourly Rate for 12-8 shift - $16.00 per hour
Starting Hourly Rate for 12-8 shift Bi-Lingual Spanish - $16.50 per hour
Background Check required for employment. Bi-Lingual - Spanish a PLUS.
