We are looking for a HIGH LEVEL Director of Manufacturing Operations/Plant Director for our client in Columbus, OH! This position will be reporting to the VP of Supply Chain and manage the largest product manufacturing plant at their flagship location. You will oversee plant operations including production, packaging, engineering, maintenance, warehousing, shipping and receiving. You will be directly responsible for leading a team of 23 salaried employees and 350-400 hourly and seasonal associates, with a dotted line responsibility for Quality, EH&S, and Finance.
