What You'll be Doing:

You take a problem and turn it into a solution. Delivering amazing experiences brings a smile to your face and you find it very rewarding. You'll use your “get it done”, high-energy, professional approach to answer in-bound calls (and emails) from customers. You'll help people every single day by taking calls, actively listening to understand customers' needs, and answering questions.

On a typical day, you'll:

  • Accept calls from customers
  • Effectively resolve issues or concerns
  • Gather information from the customer to make appropriate recommendations for new products and services
  • Deliver amazing customer service

Tus responsabilidades serán:

Convertir los problemas en soluciones. Ofrecer un servicio de excelencia al cliente, que te brindará satisfacción profesional. Responder llamadas (y correos electrónicos) de los clientes con un enfoque profesional y proactivo. Ayudar a las y los clientes todos los días respondiendo sus llamadas y escuchándoles activamente para comprender sus necesidades y responder a sus preguntas.

En un día normal, tú:
  • Responderás llamadas de las y los clientes
  • Resolverás de manera eficaz sus problemas o preocupaciones
  • Recabarás información de las y los clientes para hacerles recomendaciones adecuadas sobre nuevos productos y servicios
  • Brindarás una atención extraordinaria a las y los clientes
