About the Position
We are selective in who we hire. The ideal candidate will have an internal drive for success. While we will train and equip you with everything you need to make $20k or more a month, we aren't going to do the work for you.
Our agents help interested individuals find coverage they can qualify for and afford. We will show you how to book a full schedule of clients to help each week, how to figure out what coverage they qualify for, and how to close the sale. On average, our agents make $1,000 each time they help a family qualify for coverage.
Our agents make phone calls, schedule appointments, visit clients at their homes, submit applications for insurance, and help ensure policies are issued. There is no cold calling, as our agents work almost exclusively from interested leads.

This is a commission based, 1099 contract position. Typically, our agents make 40-100k+ part-time, 150-200k+ full-time and 250k+ for management. We’ll design a specific plan that works for your life to make sure you make whatever compensation YOU seriously desire and are willing to work for.
