The role will be responsible for cultivating and managing partnerships with clients and prospects to fulfill long term staffing solutions requirements and internal goals.

Daily activities include prospecting, proposal development and presentation, account planning, and telemarketing.

 

 

Responsibilities:

The role will be responsible for cultivating and managing partnerships with clients and prospects to fulfill long term staffing solutions requirements and internal goals

  • Develop account strategies and penetration plans to promote full service staffing solutions

  • Identify and cultivate customer partnerships

  • Develop and present compelling value propositions

  • Execute all components of our sales process

  • Sell against annual revenue goals

  • Conduct research to pinpoint potential business opportunities

  • Attend networking events promoting our solutions and meet new contacts

  • Becomes a focal point for customer service issue escalation

  • Maintain territory customer relationship management data throughout the sales cycle

Job Requirements:

This is the job for you if you possess a high sense of urgency and tenacity, and love competing. You are enthusiastic and positive and approach client opportunities with a consultative style to solutions development.  You are confident and comfortable networking with others and you love prospecting. You enjoy a challenge and learning.

  • 3+ years B2B sales experience

  • A strong track record of identifying, qualifying, selling, and closing opportunities in the service sector

  • Staffing sales experience and a working knowledge of the Chicago area is a big plus
  • Experience making great presentations to executive level prospects and closing the deal 
  • Excellent communication skills that build confidence and relationships

  • Possess a high sense of urgency, self-confidence and a professional, polished appearance
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently

  • Staffing industry, professional services, or facility services sales desired

  • Bachelor’s Degree, MS Office competency, previous use of CRM software
