Job Description

Purpose of the position


The Director of Talent Acquisitions will coordinate implementation of hiring programs for clients in the direct response, financial services, retail, technology, and business enterprise industries.  This person is responsible for implementation and lifecycle maintenance of recruiting programs and processes.

The ideal candidate should enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where multi-tasking, time management, and attention to detail are a must.  Excellent writing, communication, presentation, and organizational skills are required to succeed in this position.

Primary Duties, Responsibilities and Requirements

·         Assist in the design and execution of recruitment approaches aimed to attract candidates with the right skills and professional attributes to the organization

·         Lead Talent Acquisition teams to execute strategies that are specific to company and client needs

·         Build and foster collaborative relationships with internal business partners to understand client needs and maximize opportunities for growth

·         Assist in the training and development of the Talent Acquisition Team

·         Manage and optimize Talent budget, including cost per hire and cost per application

·         Analyze pipeline trends and develop strategies to further strengthen candidate pipeline

·         Manage the new hire and onboarding experience, ensuring compliance to all applicable policies and laws

·         Assist with business development by articulating recruiting best practices and fielding any questions related to recruiting strategy

·         Lead technology and other talent projects as needed based on the needs of the business

·         Maintain reporting and deliver updates to all partners in the assigned region

Job Requirements

 Qualifications

·         3 years of experience developing Talent Acquisition strategies and working with Talent Teams.

·         3-5 years of leadership experience in a fast-paced, high volume, change-oriented environment

·         Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of experience

·         Understanding of and experience with core concepts of Talent Acquisition Management

·         Practice in leading large scale projects in a complex, high churn environment

·         Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills

·         Ability to think strategically and translate concepts into actionable items

·         Strong expertise in developing solutions based upon facts, data and analytics

·         Ability to travel up as influenced by business needs (estimated 25%)

·         Strong organizational skills with proficiency in MS Office
