A leading NYS child welfare agency committed to making a difference in the lives of unaccompanied minor children is seeking a Bilingual Administrator on Duty to work an overnight schedule consisting of four 10-hour shifts (Wednesday through Saturday, 11PM-9AM).

Adhering to agency policies and procedures, you will be responsible to oversee campus staffing, ensure effective quality of care is being provided, monitor the campus for safety and security, process intakes during non-traditional work hours, and handle any concerns that arise to ensure the safety and well-being of the children in temporary residence. Must be able to work autonomously, make good decisions, and be reliable and trustworthy.

Experience working with high risk youth in residential treatment setting is a plus. Competitive salary and generous benefits. 

If you’re bilingual (English/Spanish) and have the following background, then we’d like to speak to you:

·         Associates degree (preferred)

·         3-5 years’ experience working with high risk youth in a residential treatment setting

·         Supervisory experience

·         Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record (Travel required)
