Job Description:
· Customer Service Representative will be the liaison between client and its customers to schedule appointments for a variety of maintenance reasons.
· Will also be responsible for inbound and outbound calls and sending emails and letters to customers.
· The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints and inquiries while keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.
· Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 0-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
· The ideal candidate would have strong skills in written and verbal communication, a focus on customer experience, and familiarity with CIMS.
· Day-to-day this person would be assisting customers with billing related queries.
· Prior call center experience preferred.
