RISCKY'S is seeking to hire a new Restaurant Manager. The ideal candidate is a self starting individual that is capable of managing all aspects of the day to day operations of a high volume restaurant. The perfect candidate is experienced at motivating and supervising a staff of about 30-50 employees. They are customer orientated, with sufficient business knowledge of expense budgeting.
Must have at least 3 years of restaurant managerial experience
Must have a friendly-out going personality
Must be a team player - organizer
Must be a self starter and positive thinker
Must be knowledgeable in the food service industry
Must have experience as at least an Assistant Manager level.
