We are currently in search of a Business Office Manager to join our leadership team!

The Business Office Manager to work in a multidisciplinary role that is includes management and maintenance of systems associated with Human Resources and direct oversight of the Reception department. Human Resource related job responsibilities include but are not limited to management of the on-boarding process for newly hired staff, monitoring and completion of the bi-weekly payroll, ensuring interdepartmental compliance with staff scheduling software, staff benefit coordination (health, dental and life insurance) as well as Workman’s Compensation claim processing. Additionally, the Business Office Manager acts as the direct supervisor for the Reception department and all daily operations of the department. Lastly, the Business Office Manager is responsible for managing resident trust fund accounts and conducting resident banking, as well as receiving and depositing account receivables.

Qualified candidates will have an Associate’s Degree with coursework completed related to human resources, business management, communication, or equivalent in addition to three years’ experience working in the health care field.  Candidates must be proficient in using Microsoft Office and possess advanced computer skills to manage and direct others in use of software programs.  Additionally, candidates must possess the ability to deal tactfully and work effectively with staff, residents and their families and must have the ability to handle confidential data with professional discretion.
