- Provide excellent customer service to customers

- Support multiple Account Managers by resolving customer issues
- Provide training to customer on Office Depot programs and web tools

- Encourage resolution to customer complaints
- Ensure customer satisfaction by answering the day-to-day customer inquiries, transactional requests, and general customer service needs
- Ensure resolution of customer issues
- Handle all customer complaints immediately and resolve to the customer's satisfaction
- Represent the store in a positive manner while providing excellent customer service
- Creating the ideal customer experience with each customer interaction
- Work nights, weekends, holidays, and variable schedule(s) as required in a retail environment
- Meet or exceed sales quotas in an accountabilitybased culture

In this position you will be managing a team of people customizing our services for our members. Being that our members are very broad in their duties, this role does not get monotonous and allows creativity, relationship building, and fun! Our territories stretch across the Unites States, so while you are applying locally, the option for travel or relocation is always available (though not expected, etc). Team sizes vary, and service areas vary depending on team size. An interview would determine your qualifications for team sizes, etc. Send an application with a resume for consideration!
