Now you can be part of this exciting team! We are seeking highly qualified instructors to train our students to enter the medical device sales industry.


You will instruct excited college graduates and those looking for a career change in providing the medical and sales education preparing them for a career as an orthopaedic device representative. Prior to Medical Sales College, our students had little to no opportunity for job placement, you will impact their life-long goal in becoming a successful medical sales representative. In our orthopaedic training course, each 12-week enrolled student will spend more than 440 hours in hands-on training at one of our campus locations. Our goal is to replicate the experience that most device hiring managers require in candidates.


Responsibilities for this position include:

Ensure a positive student experience measurable by student feedback

Deliver technical and sales training to students, including classroom, lab and online 

Demonstrate the ability to effectively identify, address and manage challenges in the classroom setting

Provide candid and specific verbal performance feedback to students including a plan for improvement


During our 12-week courses, our instructors teach our industry reviewed and accepted course curriculum, which includes

• Professional Representative Certification

• Regenerative Medicine / Orthobiologics

• Advanced Sales Training

• Specialty Orthopaedic Training (spine, orthopaedic recon/trauma, sports medicine, or extremities)


We are seeking qualified trainers to work out of our campus locations in major US cities. Training is offered only Monday – Friday during normal business hours.

In order to be considered for a trainer position with the Medical Sales College, you MUST have significant experience (10+Years) in either Hip & Knee implants, Upper or Lower Extremity implants, Sports Medicine implants or Spinal implants.

Must be able to lift at least 30 pounds and stand while teaching for 8 hours/day

Must be proficient with modern technology platforms and tools 

Must be proficient with Apple products, Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint
