
We are looking for a Mail Administrating Assistant who can work well in a supportive position. As an Assistant, you will perform a variety of administrative clerical office functions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• check daily tasks/assignments from office coordinator;
• receive (store if needed) incoming packages;
• inspect the quality and take 2-3 pictures of each shipment and send them to your office coordinator;
• consolidate (combine multiple packages into one);
• ship out packages to our customers;
• weekly detailed report of each processed package/shipment to office coordinator.

Training:
If you don’t have previous work experience in the real estate sector, we can provide training for you. Training period is free of charge and will take place during your work, i.e. you can start working immediately after you’ve been hired.

• 21+ years old
• US citizenship
• Confident PC skills
• Basic level of Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel)
