Sales Account Manager -12Volt

We are looking for a motivated 12Volt Sales Account Manager to join our team and drive sales while offering expert advice on our range of products.
Job Summary: As a Sales Account Manager, specializing in 12Volt car audio systems and car accessories, you will play a key role in promoting and selling our product range to automotive enthusiasts, retailers, and repair shops. Your primary responsibilities will include engaging with customers, identifying sales opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will drive sales through exceptional product knowledge, outstanding customer service, and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Business Development: Drive sales growth by actively seeking new customers and expanding relationships with existing clients. Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance goals.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of our product offerings, including 12V car audio systems, amplifiers, speakers, and various car accessories. Stay updated on industry trends and new product releases.
- Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, offering product recommendations, and resolving any issues or concerns.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and techniques to meet or exceed sales goals. Track sales metrics and provide regular reports to the Territory Manager and DOW management.
- Territory Research: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the car audio or automotive accessories industry. Experience in a 12V sales environment is a plus. Or just a Passion for car audio and a keen interest in staying updated with industry trends.
- Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of car audio systems, 12V products, and automotive accessories. Ability to learn and convey technical product details effectively.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to engage with customers and build rapport.
- Sales Skills: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Customer Focus: Commitment to providing outstanding customer service and addressing customer needs and concerns effectively.
- Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of car audio installation and troubleshooting is beneficial.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in sales or electronics is a plus.
