Maine Medical Center Clerical/Administrative Support Req #: 11329 The Administrative Specialist I role is responsible for coordinating the daily activities of the assigned department and administrative operations while working closely with management staff, preparing correspondence, reports, and other documents; making travel arrangements; managing schedules and calendars, and performs other similar activities.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
- Education: High School diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience: Two years of experience in an administrative support role preferred.
- Additional Skills/Requirements: Proficient Microsoft Office skills.
