Data Implementation Consultant, CASEpeer

Our team is in search of an Onboarding Implementation Specialist to help support our CASEpeer product. CASEpeer, an AffiniPay company, is a top-rated legal case management software solution for personal injury law firms. As an Onboarding Implementation Specialist, you will work closely with our clients to ensure a smooth onboarding process. You will work with other internal teams such as Sales, Client Success, and Development in order to gather and analyze our client data. You will play a critical role in ensuring our clients' experience with their data migration is Surprisingly Great by completing data reviews and maintaining an open line of communication.

What You’ll Do:

1. Communicate directly with clients, primarily through email, phone, Zoom, and work closely with our internal Sales, Client Success, and Development teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
2. Enhance our clients’ data migration experience by completing data reviews and maintaining an open line of communication.
3. Collaborate with the Data Implementation team to gather and analyze client data.
4. Execute assigned tasks while working with Data Engineers and reporting to our Data Implementation Manager.
5. Advocate for the client while capturing their feedback to pass on to management.
6. Be adaptable and eager to learn in a changing environment.
7. Be dedicated to meeting expectations and deadlines of our clients.

About You:

1. 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role.
2. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
4. Project management experience.
5. Outstanding time management skills.
6. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
7. Case management or legal experience preferred.
8. Familiarity with business to business (B2B) environments.

Additional Information:

The pay range for this position is between $50,000-$65,000 USD annually. AffiniPay is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and education.

This is an hourly, non-exempt position eligible for overtime.
