Pay Grade: 09
Salary: $33,893.75 - $45,112.86 Annually

The Administrative Office of the Courts is the operational arm of the Judicial Branch. The court system employs nearly 3,300 personnel who support 406 elected justices, judges, and circuit court clerks.
The Department of Specialty Courts has an immediate opening for a Case Manager position that will serve Clark and Madison County.
Duties and Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:
- Maintains a participant caseload.
- Conducts site visits with participants.
- Provides treatment services guidance to participants on problems, such as unsatisfactory family relationships or drug addiction.
- May provide crisis intervention.
- Assists in monitoring compliance with court orders.
- May administer drug tests to participants in the field and office.
- Compiles records and prepares reports on status of participant.
- Appears in court with participant before a judge to report on participant’s progress.
- May provide training concerning specific treatment resources.
- Enters data into MIS.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
EDUCATION: Associates Degree in Human Service
EXPERIENCE, TRAINING, OR SKILLS: 1 year of related experience
Substitute EDUCATION for EXPERIENCE: NONE
Substitute EXPERIENCE for EDUCATION: High school diploma & 3 years job-related experience
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: NONE
Working Conditions:
Performs duties in an office setting and visiting clients in their homes. Must be able to work inside a detention center as needed.
