This position is currently remote, but WILL become HYBRID with 2 REQUIRED days in office as of April 1st.
Job Title: Appointment Setter for Sales Dept.
Hours:
During Training: M-F 9:00am-6:00pm For 2 Weeks (WILL BE ON-SITE FOR TRAINING) ***Must be able to go in-office for 2 weeks of training***
After Training: M-F 11:00am-8:00pm OR 12:00pm-9:00pm WITH one day off during the week AND either Saturday OR Sunday shift. (Longer tenure with this company will have the opportunity for earlier shifts)
Breakdown of Hours :
+ Monday - Friday 11:00am-8:00pm OR 12:00p-9:00 with a Saturday or Sunday shift required (could ask for a 10:00am-7:00pm or a flexible schedule if needed)
+ Saturday Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm, 9:00am-6:00pm OR 10:00am-7:00pm
+ Sunday Hours: 12:00pm-5:00pm
Pay: $19.00/hr (Eligible for Commission + Bonuses after first 3 Months)
Hybrid/Remote - Remote for now, and **WILL become hybrid by April 1st**
3 Month Contract to Hire
Start Date: April 2023 (Exact date pending)
Job Description
The Appointment Setter communicates directly with customers to schedule in-home demonstrations of our products .
This position sources and follows up on sales and leads from various sources, working with scripts and product information provided .
The Appointment Setter must develop a strong product knowledge, and communicate effectively and confidently with customers, installers, and operations.
+ Coordinates across multiple business functions and departments to schedule demonstration and installation appointments nationwide.
+ Uses a computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting.
+ Completes various periodic and recurrent career development and skills training sessions.
+ Focuses on qualifying inbound and outbound inquiries and converting them to appointments.
+ Sources new sales opportunities through lead follow-up.
+ Manages prospects through all stages of the appointment setting cycle.
+ Have a sales mentality , be able to overcome objection s.
Skills & Qualifications:
+ 1+ years in a customer service/call center environment
+ Some sales experience required
+ Proficiency with Windows based applications
+ Excellent communication and negotiation skills
+ Experience working in a fast-paced environment
+ High School Diploma or equivalent
