Graphic Designer

Location: Irvine, California (on-site)

Salary: $70,000-80,000 (negotiable) + stock options

This venture-backed Space industry start-up is seeking a Graphic Designer to reshape its marketing and creative vision, creating a cohesive strategy and collection of assets.

Youll design full marketing campaigns, create business assets, re-design the website visuals, and have near-full design autonomy within the business.

The role works closely with the CEO and Head of Business Development, with opportunities for rapid career progression to Head of Marketing.

Graphic Designer Responsibilities

• Develop and execute design projects from scratch, across the company.
• Create visual marketing assets: Content (social media etc.), blog posts, videos, slide decks, and promotional materials.
• Present design concepts and marketing metrics to the CEO and executive team.
• Build rapport with clients through engaging and visually appealing marketing assets.
• Plan and design trade show booths and exhibition materials for industry events.

Graphic Designer Requirements

• 1+ years of Graphic Design experience, preferably in a start-up environment, or having fulfilled the main listed responsibilities.
• Knowledge of content creation, branding, design, and digital marketing concepts.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress or HubSpot.
• Familiarity with UX design principles and basic CSS.

Non-Negotiable Requirements

• US Green Card or Citizenship.
• Work on-site in Irvine, California.
