Delta Construction Partners is a national executive search firm for the nation’s premier construction industry professionals. Delta has been retained by a confidential client to conduct a search for the position of BIM Manager in Atlanta, Georgia.

BIM Manager Compensation & Benefits

Total compensation for the BIM Manager in Atlanta, GA is between $100,000 and $150,000 depending on experience and may be more than this range for candidates with exceptional experience and successful history of performance.

BIM Manager Duties & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing the entire BIM department, teams and projects
  • Responsible for coordination of design, layout, and field installation drawings specifically for CAD/ Revit and BIM from start to finish
  • Manage and oversee up to 20 direct reports
  • Responsible for coordinating with field Superintendents, Project Managers and installation teams
  • Work with internal/external personnel to ensure project status meets deadlines
  • Communicate job progress with management as required

BIM Manager Qualifications

  • Must have a minimum 5 years’ experience managing BIM designers/modelers
  • Demonstrated expertise with Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD and Navisworks
  • Needs to be extremely well versed in production of installation, prefab and electrical contractor as-built drawings
  • Advanced knowledge of Revit software
  • Prefer a candidate that has come up through the field/office and understands electrical construction
  • Must be career minded and have a stable work history
