Genesis10 is currently seeking a Technical Application Platform Support Analyst for a Direct Hire - Perm opportunity with a company in the Austin, TX area.

Description:
The Technical Application Platform Support Analyst will provide technical expertise to ensure that all parts of the SaaS Products and other platforms (CRM, ERP) are available and useful to the end users and internal users. They will need to work with internal stakeholders to maintain the illustration software, roll out product changes, run special cases, and document processes and systems.
The position will require the individual to manage projects, test results, troubleshoot problems, provide training, maintain documentation and manage the vendors. Job duties to include the following: Interact with and manage illustration software vendors on deliverables
         
 
Responsibilities:
 •Interact with and manage  SAAS software vendors on deliverables and work with vendor to update software for changes to existing functionality or processes 
• Manage the version control of the process to ensure proper testing and production functions
• Conduct testing on updated systems
• Ensure that software, upgrades and patches are delivered from vendor and properly tested and maintained
• Coordinate all aspects of implementation, patching and upgrades
Mutli-task to support multiple platforms
Stay abreast of vendor roadmap capabilities and make recommendations per TASB needs and requirements

 Support use of SAAS software
• Provide support to software users when having problems
• Troubleshoot installation problems
• Ensure system integrity and assist installation of technology upgrades
• Recommend improved operational procedures to maximize efficiencies
• Provide training to both the IT Teams  and internal users
• Keep manuals, instructions and trouble-shooting documents up-to-date and provide to users
• Maintain and deliver existing versions
 
Documentation
Document processes and procedures surrounding software releases, distribution, and other initiatives
• Track and maintain versions / releases of systems
• Document specific changes and testing for each release
• Track ongoing future enhancements / changes lists
• Participate in and recommend future system changes or enhancements
 
 
Experience:
 
  • SQL skillset (write queries, update/delete statements)
  • XML mid-level skills
  • Data Base Admin/Mgmt.
  • Business Analysis skills
  • SaaS Platform Troubleshooting/Management
  • Platform Service Request/Business Support Mgmt.(User Interface -Creating forms/outlining requirements for Dashboards)
  • 5-7 Years' Experience in Technical Support Analyst  role
 
Nice to have:
  • Any Insurance Product experience is preferred (Origami is desirable)
  • Insurance Claims background would be helpful
  • Experience supporting Microsoft Cloud Applications such as Dynamics 365 or Salesforce
