Scrum Master

Long-term Contract


As the Scrum Master, you will work within a team that develops products for small to medium business customers for this enterprise corporation. As the Scrum Master, you will lead a team of 10 through Scrum ceremonies and will manage app development projects using Jira and other tracking tools. This Scrum Master will be expected to provide coaching and mentorship support in an effort to promote autonomy within the team.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master

• Must have the ability to coach teams and provide mentorship

• Must have an understanding of Scrum ceremonies

• Must have an understanding of the SAFe model

• Experience with either Jira or Rally

• Certified Scrum Master is a plus but not required

Responsibilities:

• Scrum Master over a team of ten people

• Lead SAFe Agile cadences and Scrum ceremonies such as stand-ups, planning, grooming and retro

• Gather requirements and ensure the team is meeting deliverables per each sprint

• Develop the team through effective coaching and mentorship to promote working independently
