Job Description

Customer seeking Desktop candidate that can also manage help-desk requests and act as tier I and tier II support, as needed, including: password resets, printer installations and phone support.

The client has a about 115 employees between Santa Fe and Albuquerque. This role would sit in Santa Fe.

This is a 17 week project and client is looking for someone to assist roll out their new Cisco Phone system and provide basic support for that. They will interact with VDI and will need to always keep security processes and policies in the forefront of everything the resolve.

This candidate will have two higher level engineers, whom they can escalate more advanced tickets too, as needed.

Their environment consists of:
Microsoft Operating Systems of Windows 7 and 10, VMware vSphere 6.5, VMware Horizon View 7, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP & GPOs. Software knowledge of Zoom, Adobe products, Java, Open Office, AppXtender imaging software
