Cadence Education is currently seeking a Director of Integration. Under the direction of the Vice President of Integration, the Director of Integration supports the strategic integration planning, due diligence and execution phases of M&A transactions that align to business objectives. This position monitors execution risk and interdependencies and helps to reprioritize integration items as needed to ensure continuity of ongoing operations. This position partners with assigned Regional Director (RD) and Territory Vice President (TVP) to ensure alignment on future state operations and ensures a smooth hand-off to business as usual.
