Finance Gaming Leadership: 5 years (Preferred)Job Details
Functions as the top property finance leader. Responsible for managing and developing a diverse team. Responsible for all aspects of budgeting, forecasting and analysis. Oversees the preparation of reports and statistics reflecting earning, profits, cash balances, and other financial results, including all business plans of the property. Maintains all financial reports. Ensures external reports are prepared in conformity with generally accepted accounting principles. Has oversight responsibility of the cashiers' cage, the count room, credit and collection activity and purchasing function. Approves credit lines as outlined in internal control 609a.4. Member of the Credit Committee and may approve credit as a group as set forth in internal control section 609a.4 Oversees all departments to ensure that they are in compliance with regulatory policies and procedures with regard to finances. Ensures compliance with all regulatory controls and the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board. Has complimentary privileges within prescribed limits in accordance with the approved comp matrix.
Bachelor’s degree is required. A minimum of five years as a finance leader in the gaming and/or hospitality industry. CPA preferred. Must qualify for and maintain licensure as required by Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board. Must have thorough knowledge of approved Responsible Gaming.
