Job Description

Our client, a publicly traded leader of the foods and goods industry, is seeking an HR Coordinator to join their strategic team in Camden, NJ!

About You:

  • 1+ year HR experience
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Ability to learn and navigate different systems to address employee concerns
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills including a professional phone presence
  • Prior customer service and data entry skills a plus
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks as needed
  • Must be able to work in a team-oriented environment
  • Ability to professionally handle confidential information

The Job:

  • Serve as the first point-of-contact for all employees regarding HR questions and policies
  • Maintain working knowledge of HR processes to answer all customer questions
  • Provide strong customer service while evaluating cases
  • Coordinate HR related administrative tasks to support the business
  • Record and track all customer contact into company's internal database
  • Organize schedules for internal and external candidates
  • Coordinate logistics for off-site candidate interviews as needed
  • Daily use of Workday to manage candidates throughout interview process
