A Nuclear Industry Technical Sales Consultant job is currently available with one of Belcan?s top tier international partners in advanced materials testing and product development, In this role you will be involved in promoting the sales of services and products to customers in the Nuclear Power Generation and Decommissioning Industries. In order to be considered for this role, exceptional interpersonal skills and an aptitude toward sales are required, though direct prior sales experience is not a must. Most importantly, the successful candidate in this role will have a successful professional history in the Nuclear industry with an ability to access target customers and promote cutting edge services and technologies.
Nuclear Industry Technical Sales Consultant Job Responsibilities:
? To contribute towards achieving & exceeding Nuclear revenue and margin targets set by the business
? To target and successfully penetrate new Nuclear clients throughout the US, focusing on selling services
? To develop revenue and margin in existing Nuclear clients throughout the US, using highly developed account management and networking techniques to map key stakeholders in an organization
? To be highly visible in the marketplace, averaging a minimum of 6 valuable face to face client interactions per week
? To work closely with Marketing, Operations, Product Management and Sales colleagues in the US and Europe to share best practice knowledge on the Nuclear marketplace and fully understand the company?s value to the industry
Requirements and Qualifications:
? Bachelor's degree level in a technical field relevant to the target industry, or equivalent experience
? Highly skilled in networking and a demonstrable ability to gain entry into and generate value with prospects
? More than 5 years of experience working within the Nuclear sector, either in a relevant technical or sales role
? Knowledge or experience in the decommissioning segment of the Nuclear sector preferred
? Exceptional communication skills both written and oral at all levels of seniority
? Ability to travel extensively, particularly throughout the Eastern U.S. to key client nuclear power sites and company facilities in Schenectady, NY and Raleigh, NC
