Account Executive/Sales Manager - Multiple positions and locations in the West Coast

Phoenix/Tempe, AZ, Los Angeles, CA, San Diego, CA, or San Jose, CA

Account Management

You will work hand-in-hand with your recruiting team to ensure you understand your client's needs and expectations. You will develop, repeat and referral business by wowing your clients with outstanding service and follow-up activities! As new businesses enter your area, your goal will be to form a lasting partnership with clients.


Much of our success will depend on your relationship-building skills. You will be on the frontlines with your sales team helping build and maintain a database of current and potential clients. You will help increase Advantage Resourcing's brand awareness by being an active member in your local community. This means participating in professional organizations, volunteering, and embodying the values of Advantage Resourcing!


Bachelors degree (preferably in Business or Marketing) alternatively equivalent B2B sales experience

2-3 years of staffing experience is preferred
