Human Resources Data Analyst Intern

What You Will Do:
The HR Data Analyst Intern will learn and develop their data analytics skills in a real-world Human Resources environment. Help document and complete routine deliverables while looking for process improvement opportunities. Assist with in-depth reviews, analyses, and interpretations of various forms of data to identify trends and help resolve discrepancies. Support the creation and maintenance of routine to complex reports, analytics, and dashboards. Project work as assigned. Completes related duties needed to help drive to our Vision, fulfill our Purpose, and abide by our Organization's Values.
What We Require:
Must be at least a sophomore, pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Information Systems, or other relevant majors. Intermediate level, or above, experience with Excel (ex: VLookUps, Pivot Tables, data visualization, etc.). Strong analytic and critical thinking skills with the ability to perform detailed work with various types of data rapidly and accurately. Demonstrated ability to appropriately handle sensitive/confidential information. Strong oral and written communication skills. Must have good listening skills and be self-motivated.
