Adams and Associates, Inc. is seeking a qualified candidate to provide direct oversight and management of the administration activities at assigned Centers, to include direct oversight of the Center Administration/F&A Director. This includes continuous evaluation, review and implementation of policies and procedures governing assigned Center related activities, reporting and review requirements and on/off-site training and development of responsible staff to ensure desired performance. Assist in developing systems that result in effective F&A implementation. Assist with development of the Company through other assigned tasks to include, but not limited to, coordination with other corporate functional areas, proposal development, temporary assignment to a Center and evaluation of F&A performance measurement system.
Bachelor’s Degree required-Master’s degree preferred in a business discipline (i.e., MBA). Minimum of 5 years management experience, to include 1-2 years finance/budgeting experience and preferably Job Corps F&A corporate experience. Computer literacy and proficiency in spreadsheet, word processing applications required, with competencies to learn specific functional applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS Outlook Email, accounting/finance/purchasing systems).
