Job Description

Our international client is looking for a 2nd shift General Production Machine Operator to join their team at their Cedarburg production facility, this is only a 12min drive from the Northridge Shopping Center. 

This is a great opportunity to learn new production skills for someone who is willing to learn and is able to work full time Mon-Fri 3:00pm- 11pm.  

THIS IS A CONTRACT TO HIRE OPPORTUNITY! 401K, MEDICAL, VISION, SHORT TERM AND LONG TERM DISABILITY BENEFITS ARE OFFERED ON THE 1ST DAY OF THE MONTH FOLLOWING YOUR DATE OF HIRE!

Major duties of the Machine Operator position consists of the following:

·Work in assembly and sub-assembly operations.

·Willing to learn and operate various machinery including; rivet machine, water jets, presses, grinders, molders, splint formers, perforators, buffers, coaters, extruders, etc. 

·Assure quality of products, material maintenance and material handling.

·Monitors, controls, and trouble shoots machines (will train). 

·Pick and pack products and fill orders as needed.

·Willingness to learn and assist in other areas and perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Candidates also must possess the following qualifications for the position:
·High school diploma or equivalent required.
·4 months of manufacturing experience
·Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Starting pay is $12/hour. This is a 13 week, contract to hire position.
