PUBLIC PLATFORM RESOLUTIONS SPECIALIST

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

As one of the nation's fastest growing solar companies, we are looking for a self-motivated Public Platform Resolutions Specialist. The goal of this role is to assist our customers who have expressed a less than ideal experience on a public platform and balance Net Promoter Score to ensure a positive customer experience while managing / minimizing operating losses.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Customer engagement software: listen360 specifically

Public Platform review management: Birdeye or similar

Company reputation management

Salesforce

Excel

Data Analysis

NPS Score experience is a plus!

Skill set in de-escalating customers

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Review various public platforms for poor reviews or comments. (BBB, FB, Instagram, Birdeye, Google Business, etc)

Respond in live time within hours of any complaint to discover issue and assure customer their business is appreciated, and we are working to resolve.

Work with various internal departments to retrieve information to resolve customer concerns.

Ensure complete resolution/satisfaction of customer complaint.

Guarantee poor review turnaround.

Track all work progress via case management.
