Job Scope & Purpose:


Our Cambridge based biotech team is looking for an experienced Associate Scientist in Analytical Sciences/QC. This team is working to cure cancer and has a solid Leadership team.  If you have the passion to think 'patient first' and the drive to back it up then keep reading.  This candidate will need to have solid experience in analytical testing to support characterization, HPLC, ELISA, qPCR and gel electrophoresis. 

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform Analytical Testing for product characterization
  • Provide support for assay optimization, development, qualification and tech transfer
  • Collaborate with other teams to support process development and product characterization

Primary Job Requirements:

  • BS/MS in the life sciences with 3+ years of Analytical experience in biotech/pharma
  • Analytical experience using plaque forming assays, qPCR, ELISA, gel electrophoresis and technical writing (SOPs, reports, protocols)
  • Macromolecule work required (proteins, viruses, DNA/RNA etc)
  • Cell/gene therapy experience
