Develops and maintains profitable business banking relationships in PFG within lending limits (larger loans go through commercial lending) including loan renewals. Responsibilities include identifying needs, developing fundamental loan recommendations (including cross-sales), negotiating loan terms, approving/coordinating approval of loans, portfolio risk monitoring, and researching basic business issues. Administers PFG loan portfolio which includes following up on financial statements, exceptions, past due loans, changes in borrower's financial condition, and loan reporting. Administers portfolio in compliance with Credit Policy including timely recognition for watch list, non-accrual, and charge-offs. Works closely with PFG Relationship Managers and other team members to satisfy customer's consumer and commercial loan needs including active participation in all sales of PFG loan products. Assists and develops other Portfolio Managers providing training and guidance. Works with loans of moderate to high complexity.
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5 or more years of experience in High Net Worth Credit/Lending
